Description
Easy, moist banana muffins cooked to golden perfection in an air fryer using wholesome ingredients.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 tbsp melted plant-based butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Mash banana in a large bowl.
Add sugar, milk, and melted butter. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon into greased silicone molds.
Air fry at 330°F for 12–14 minutes.
Cool before serving.
Notes
Use silicone cupcake molds for best results.
Check for doneness using a toothpick at 12 minutes.
