1 tsp chipotle in adobo (optional)
Soft or crunchy tortillas

Instructions

5. Drain excess fat, then stir in spices, chipotle, and tomato paste.
6. Cook 3–4 minutes more until glistening and aromatic.
7. Warm tortillas on a dry pan, 30 seconds per side.
8. Build tacos with beef, toppings, and herbs.
9. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
