Description
Brownie batter dip is a no-bake dessert that brings nostalgic chocolate flavor in a safe, shareable form—perfect for gatherings or late-night cravings.
Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla bean
3–4 tbsp milk or dairy-free milk
½ cup mini chocolate chips
Optional: dash of salt
Instructions
1. Heat-treat the flour by baking at 300°F for 7–10 minutes or microwaving to 160°F.
2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Gradually add cocoa powder and powdered sugar while mixing.
4. Mix in vanilla, flour, and milk to desired consistency.
5. Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.
6. Chill if desired or serve immediately with dippers.
Notes
Great dippers: pretzels, strawberries, graham crackers, cookies, banana slices, apple wedges.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze in portions.
Substitute cream cheese with coconut cream, ricotta, or Greek yogurt for dietary needs.
