Ingredients

Scale

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 block (8 oz) cream cheese

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup heat-treated all-purpose flour

1 tsp vanilla bean

34 tbsp milk or dairy-free milk

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Optional: dash of salt

2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.

3. Gradually add cocoa powder and powdered sugar while mixing.

4. Mix in vanilla, flour, and milk to desired consistency.

5. Fold in chocolate chips or chunks.

6. Chill if desired or serve immediately with dippers.
