Ingredients
Brownie Batter:
1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs

8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla bean
Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp espresso powder
Gluten-free flour blend (1:1)
Low-fat cream cheese

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment.
2. Whisk melted butter with sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder until glossy. Fold in flour until smooth.
3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until soft, add sugar, egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix until creamy.
4. Pour all but 1/4 cup of brownie batter into pan and spread evenly.
5. Dollop cheesecake mixture across, then spoon reserved brownie batter.
6. Swirl gently with a butter knife for marbled effect.
7. Bake 35–40 minutes. Center should be set but slightly jiggly.
8. Let cool, then chill at least 1 hour before slicing.
Notes
