Creamy and savory chicken-stuffed ravioli made with fresh pasta dough and simple ingredients, perfect for a comforting dinner.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
2–3 tbsp water
Instructions
Mix chicken, cheeses, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in bowl.
Make pasta dough with flour, egg, oil, and water.
Knead dough 8 minutes until smooth.
Roll dough flat and layered.
Add spoonfuls of filling, top with another sheet.
Seal, cut into ravioli shape.
Boil in salted water for 3–4 minutes until they float.
Serve with your favorite sauce or freeze.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
Try whole wheat flour for a healthier twist.
Serve with pesto, garlic cream, or lemon olive oil sauce.
