Description

Ingredients

12 oz fresh cranberries

1 medium Granny Smith apple, chopped

1/2 cup golden raisins

3/4 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp chili flakes

1 tsp yellow mustard seeds


Instructions

Combine cranberries, apple, raisins, and brown sugar in a saucepan.

Add the apple cider vinegar and stir.

Bring to a low boil on medium-high heat.

Add grated ginger, cinnamon, mustard seeds, and chili flakes.

Reduce to simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

Let cool and then spoon into airtight jars.

Notes

Substitute raisins with figs or dates.

Use fresh ginger for best flavor.

Store in airtight containers and chill before serving.
