Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and oil together.
Combine wet and dry mix until just incorporated.
Fill liners ⅔ full and bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool cupcakes on wire racks completely.
Whip frosting ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
Decorate with chosen piping tip and finishing toppings.
