Quick and easy flatbread pizza recipe using naan, tomato sauce, and your favorite veggies and cheese.
Ingredients
2 naan flatbreads
1/2 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced red bell peppers
1/4 cup red onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh basil or arugula for topping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Lay the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over each flatbread.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
Top with mushrooms, bell peppers, and red onions.
Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is bubbly.
Add fresh basil or arugula after baking if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Use any flatbread like pita or lavash.
Precook high-moisture veggies to prevent sogginess.
