Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or Pepper Jack for extra heat)
1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1/4 cup chopped fresh or pickled jalapeños (de-seeded if desired)
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Optional: 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs for topping
Optional: Additional chopped turkey bacon and green onions for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
3. Stir in jalapeños, turkey bacon, cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheese.
4. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
5. Top with extra cheese, panko, and more turkey bacon if desired.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
7. Garnish with green onions and let cool slightly before serving.
