Description
A creamy, dreamy trifle made with whipped cream, cream cheese, and strawberries layered over a graham crust. Perfect for prepping 1–2 days in advance.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1½ cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract (non-alcoholic)
2 cups diced fresh strawberries
Sliced almonds or chocolate chips for topping (optional)
Instructions
Combine graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into trifle bowl.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon, and vanilla.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese base.
Layer: crust, cream, berries. Repeat.
Refrigerate overnight. Add toppings before serving.
Notes
Substitute coconut cream and plant-based cream cheese to make dairy-free.
Use blueberries or mango for a twist on the classic.
