No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

  • Total Time: 40 minutes
  • Yield: 12-15 clusters 1x

Description

A quick, salty-sweet no-bake dessert featuring peanut butter, pretzels, and chocolate—perfectly textured and fridge-friendly.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup natural creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)

2 cups mini pretzel twists, crushed

3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in crushed pretzels until evenly coated.

Scoop out small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.

Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.

Drizzle melted chocolate over clusters.

Top with sea salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.

Notes

Make it nut-free by using sunflower seed butter.

Adjust crunch by mixing in rice cereal or chopped nuts.
