Ingredients
1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
2 cups mini pretzel twists, crushed
3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in crushed pretzels until evenly coated.
Scoop out small clusters onto a parchment-lined tray.
Melt chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring in between.
Drizzle melted chocolate over clusters.
Top with sea salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
