Rich and creamy salted caramel cheesecake bars with a chocolate chip twist, perfect for gatherings and holiday trays.
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 pre-made 9×9 shortbread crust
1/2 cup salted caramel sauce (plus more for topping)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time and mix gently.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into crust and swirl in half of the salted caramel.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until the center is just set.
Cool completely, refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Drizzle remaining caramel before slicing and serving cold.
Notes
Chill overnight for cleaner slices.
Use flaky sea salt if topping with more caramel.
