A quick and flavorful creamy seafood pasta featuring shrimp, crab, garlic, and lemon tossed with linguine for the ultimate coastal comfort food.
Ingredients
1 lb linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ lb lump crabmeat
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon zest + lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook linguine in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
Stir in heavy cream and lemon zest. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add crabmeat and return shrimp to pan. Cook for 2 minutes to heat through.
Toss pasta in the sauce, adding lemon juice and seasoning as needed.
Garnish and serve immediately.
Notes
Use coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
