Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Juice of 1 lime
Corn or flour tortillas
Cabbage slaw
Avocado slices
Chipotle mayo or salsa
Optional: pickled onions, pineapple salsa, cilantro crema
Instructions
1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lime juice, and salt. Let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
3. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave, or toast until slightly charred.
4. Layer each tortilla with shredded cabbage.
5. Top with shrimp, a squeeze of lime, and chipotle mayo or salsa.
6. Add avocado slices or cilantro crema before serving.
