Ingredients

1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp oat milk
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla paste
1 tbsp chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe mug, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Microwave on high for 70–90 seconds.
Let cool 1 minute before serving.
Notes
For a richer cake, add an extra tsp of oil.
