  • Author: Ray
  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Description

A cozy, creamy spinach artichoke dip that blends rich cheeses with vibrant greens—perfect for parties, potlucks, or a comforting night in.

Ingredients

Scale

1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and well-drained

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.

3. Stir in garlic, spinach, and chopped artichokes.

4. Fold in Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

5. Pour mixture into prepared dish and smooth the top. Add extra mozzarella if desired.

6. Bake for 25 minutes, until edges are golden and center is bubbly.

7. Optionally broil for 2 minutes for a golden top.

8. Serve hot with bread, veggies, or chips.

Notes

Make it spicy with red chili flakes or jalapeños.

Try hearts of palm instead of artichokes for a nutty twist.

Can be made ahead and stored up to 4 days.

Freezer-friendly and reheats well.

Great in stuffed mushrooms, flatbreads, or even as pasta sauce.
