Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 lime cut into wedges
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup crumbled feta or dairy-free alternative
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Cook for 2–3 more minutes.
Warm tortillas on a separate dry skillet until soft and pliable.
Prepare toppings: slice avocado, chop onions and cilantro.
Assemble tacos by layering beef, veggies, yogurt, feta, and a squeeze of lime.
Serve immediately or store components separately.
Notes
Substitute beef with plant-based crumbles or lentils for vegetarian version.
Add jalapeños for heat or mango salsa for sweetness.
