A crispy, folded tortilla wrap filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and classic burger fixings—easy to make and endlessly customizable.
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded lettuce
½ tomato, sliced thin
¼ cup sliced pickles
2 tablespoons burger sauce or mayo-ketchup blend
High-heat oil for frying
Instructions
Brown ground beef over medium heat with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
On a tortilla, cut from the center out to the edge to create foldable quadrants.
In each quarter, place beef, cheese, lettuce/tomato, and pickles with sauce.
Fold one quadrant over the next to form a triangle.
Fry wrap in a hot skillet with oil for 2–3 minutes each side until golden brown.
Notes
Use ground turkey or plant-based meat for variation.
Air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes if preferred.
