Ingredients
3 large egg whites, room temperature
30g granulated sugar
10g cornstarch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment paper.
Separate egg whites into a clean, dry mixing bowl.
Beat egg whites on medium until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat to soft peaks.
Add cornstarch and beat till stiff peaks form.
Gently add in any optional ingredients like color or flavor.
Spoon whipped mixture into a dome shape on prepared sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes until firm outside but jiggly.
Cool slightly before slicing or serving.
Notes
