Ingredients
1 cup full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tbsp olive oil or maple syrup
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Optional savory add-ins: garlic, chives, sun-dried tomato
Optional sweet add-ins: vanilla powder, cinnamon, berries
Instructions
Add cottage cheese, lemon juice, and flavor add-ins to a high-speed blender.
Blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and whipped.
Taste and adjust seasoning or sweetener as needed.
Scoop into bowl or onto toast; garnish if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for extra creaminess.
