Ingredients
1 (6–8 oz) skin-on salmon fillet
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup cooked jasmine rice
1/2 avocado, diced
1 tablespoon sriracha mayo
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
Pat dry the salmon and season both sides with salt and pepper.
