Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (alcohol-free)
3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 egg
Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
Whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Add egg, vanilla, and milk to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
Heat skillet on medium-low and grease lightly.
Squeeze small dots of batter onto skillet.
Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden.
Cool on wire rack, then serve with toppings of choice.
