Ingredients
1 large flour tortilla
1/4 cup shredded chicken
1/4 cup sliced avocado
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp salsa or jalapeño dip
Optional: black beans, corn, olives, mushrooms
Instructions
Lay the tortilla flat and slice once from the center to the edge.
Visualize the tortilla into four quadrants. Add a different filling in each section.
Start with lower left quadrant, fold over counter-clockwise until it’s a triangle.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
