Description
Juicy, golden-brown air fryer turkey breast—crispy outside, tender inside, ready in under an hour. Perfect for weeknight meals or small feasts, with flavor that rivals oven-roasted turkey.
Ingredients
1 (3-4 lb) turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer at 360°F for about 5 minutes.
2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
3. Rub olive oil or butter all over the breast.
4. Mix salt, paprika, thyme, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl and massage into the meat.
5. Place turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin side down.
6. Air fry for 20–25 minutes, then flip and continue cooking another 20–25 minutes.
7. Check internal temperature—ensure it reaches 165°F.
8. Remove and rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a citrusy kick, marinate or brine the turkey overnight.
Try flavor twists like chimichurri, za’atar, or gochujang glaze.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for 4 days or freeze up to 3 months.
Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 320°F with a splash of broth.
