Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups chopped tart apples (Granny Smith preferred)
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
¾ cup white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press firmly into your dish to form a crust.
3. Layer on the chopped apples tossed in cinnamon.
4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the apples.
5. Sprinkle the white chocolate chips and shredded coconut on top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling at the edges.
7. Let cool fully before slicing into magic cookie bars.
Notes
Letting them rest overnight enhances the texture.
Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
Try adding pecans, mascarpone, or caramel for unique variations.
