Ingredients
1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cucumber, sliced
A handful of fresh herbs, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Instructions
Marinate beef in olive oil, lime juice, and chili flakes for 15 minutes.
Prepare greens, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and herbs; mix in a bowl.
Cook beef to desired doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
