Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked.
3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Lower heat.
4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
5. Pour in honey and soy sauce; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes until it bubbles and thickens slightly.
6. Return chicken to the pan, spoon sauce over to coat, and simmer for an additional minute.
7. Serve hot over rice, quinoa, or spiralized zucchini.
Notes
Optional swaps: Use coconut aminos instead of soy for a gluten-free version.
Add fresh herbs like thyme or parsley for earthiness.
Always rest chicken for 5 minutes after cooking to lock in juices.
