Description
Flavor-packed chicken burgers made with simple ingredients, perfect for grilling or stovetop. Healthy, juicy, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken (90/10)
1 egg
1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: 2 tbsp grated onion
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chicken, egg, panko, garlic, herbs, and spices.
Mix gently until just combined.
Form into 4 equal patties.
Heat a pan or grill over medium with oil.
Cook patties 5–6 min per side, until golden and internal temp is 165°F.
Toast buns and assemble with toppings of your choice.
Notes
Add grated onion for extra moisture.
Freeze uncooked patties between parchment layers.
