Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (packed)
3 garlic cloves
Juice of 2 limes
¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
1. Blend the cilantro, lime juice, garlic, jalapeño, and olive oil until smooth.
