Ingredients
1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup granola
½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, or a mix)
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Small handful of dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread mixture evenly on the parchment-lined pan.
Sprinkle granola, berries, chia seeds, and chocolate chips.
Freeze flat for 2–3 hours.
Break into pieces and enjoy, or store in freezer.
