Description
A sweet and salty no-bake treat made with peanut butter, pretzels, and chocolate. Perfect for quick snacking or sharing!
Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
2 cups mini pretzels, roughly crushed
1 cup crispy rice cereal
0.5 cup chocolate chips
1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth in a bowl.
Add crushed pretzels and crispy rice cereal; stir to coat.
Scoop into clusters on a baking mat or tray.
Melt chocolate and drizzle over clusters.
Sprinkle sea salt on top and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Notes
Sub almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
These clusters can be frozen for longer storage.
