Description
This fiery chicken ramen with creamy garlic sauce is a rich, spicy one-pot dinner made in under 30 minutes. A restaurant-style dish with bold chili, garlic, and soothing cream.
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 packs instant ramen (discard seasoning)
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
4 green onions, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate diced chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey for 30 minutes.
2. Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook chicken until browned (6–7 minutes).
3. Add garlic and paprika, sauté 1 minute.
4. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil.
5. Add ramen noodles, cook per package directions.
6. Stir in heavy cream, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes.
7. Season and serve hot with green onion garnish.
Notes
Use low-sodium broth to control salt.
Coconut milk can replace heavy cream for dairy-free version.
Add sautéed mushrooms or bok choy for extra nutrition.
