Description
A light, mousse-like dessert combining tangy Greek yogurt and fruity Jello—protein-rich, low-calorie, and endlessly customizable.
Ingredients
1 package (3 oz) sugar-free fruit-flavored Jello
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey or stevia (optional)
Instructions
1. Boil 1 cup of water and stir in the Jello powder until completely dissolved.
2. Pour in 1/2 cup of cold water and let sit for 5–10 minutes.
3. In a blender or stand mixer, combine the cooled Jello, Greek yogurt, and optional sweetener.
4. Whip on high for 2–3 minutes until soft peaks form.
5. Pour into dessert glasses or ramekins.
6. Chill for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for extra creaminess.
Mix in berries, crushed nuts, or coconut for added flair.
Experiment with layered Jello flavors for a colorful twist.
Stores well in the fridge for up to 4 days.
