A simple, healthy take on a classic galette with juicy fresh peaches, warm cinnamon, and a flaky golden crust.
Ingredients
4 fresh peaches, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 premade pie crust
1 tbsp plant-based milk
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out pie crust into a 10-inch round.
In a bowl, toss peaches with lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon.
Place fruit mixture in center of crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
Fold crust over edges of filling, pleating for a rustic finish.
Brush crust with milk and sprinkle with coconut sugar.
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use frozen peaches in the off-season, just thaw and drain first.
Swap cinnamon for cardamom for a fresh twist.
