Ingredients
1 packed cup fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
1 cup unsweetened oat milk
1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Instructions
Add spinach and oat milk to the blender and blend until smooth.
Add banana, mango, protein powder, chia seeds, and lime juice.
Blend again for 30–45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
Taste and adjust with more lime juice or milk if needed.
Notes
Use frozen fruit to avoid adding ice.
