Ingredients
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix shrimp with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Let shrimp marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Thread shrimp on skewers.
Grill for 2-3 minutes each side until shrimp are opaque and slightly charred.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
Marinate shrimp just enough to absorb flavors, but not too long.
