Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of sea salt
3/4 cup avocado oil
3 large eggs
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp vanilla powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 8-inch cake pans.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In separate bowl, whisk oil, eggs, syrup, and vanilla powder.
Gradually add dry to wet, alternating with almond milk.
Divide batter evenly into pans and bake for 30-35 mins.
Cool completely and frost with desired healthy topping.
