Description

Chewy, soft healthy cookies made with just bananas, oats, and wholesome pantry staples. Sweetened naturally and easy to make gluten-free or high-protein.


Ingredients

2 large bananas (mashed)

1 ½ cups rolled oats

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla powder


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.

Mix in almond butter and vanilla powder.

Add oats, cinnamon, and salt. Combine thoroughly.

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Portion dough onto a baking sheet using a cookie scoop.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden at edges.

Let cool before serving.

Notes

Swap almond butter with sunflower seed butter for nut-free.

Add a scoop of protein powder for extra nutrition boost.
