A creamy, rich dessert made with chia seeds, cocoa, and dairy-free milk. Packed with fiber and nutrients.
Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1–1.5 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla (alcohol-free)
Optional: pinch of cinnamon, sliced strawberries, coconut flakes
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chia seeds, cocoa powder, and cinnamon if using.
Stir in the milk, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Top with fruit or yogurt before serving.

Can be prepped up to 3 days in advance.
Great as breakfast or post-workout snack.
