Description
A refreshing, naturally sweet green smoothie packed with spinach, frozen peaches, and chia seeds. Perfect as a breakfast or midday snack.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 banana
1 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 handful fresh spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water (optional)
Instructions
Add almond milk, banana, and frozen peaches to blender.
Toss in cucumber slices and spinach leaves.
Sprinkle in chia seeds and orange blossom water (if using).
Blend on high until smooth, about 45–60 seconds.
Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Swap peaches with mango or pears for variety.
Add more almond milk for a thinner consistency.
