Ingredients
2 cups carrots, cut into 1-inch sticks
2 cups broccoli florets
1 red onion, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place vegetables on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
