Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Grate Parmesan finely and place tablespoon-sized heaps onto the parchment, spaced an inch apart.
3. Flatten each pile slightly with a spoon.
4. Sprinkle herbs or spices if desired.
5. Bake for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy at the edges.
6. Let cool completely on the pan before moving.
7. Store in airtight container or serve immediately.
