Description
An adventurous and flavorful salmon pasta, perfect for both quick weeknight meals and eloquent dinner parties.
Ingredients
200g dried pasta
250g fresh salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Lemon zest and juice
2 tablespoons capers
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil until browned.
Cook pasta according to package, reserving 1 cup of water.
Sauté garlic in skillet, add cream, lemon, and capers.
Toss pasta in sauce, add pasta water as needed.
Fold in salmon, cheese, and dill. Serve immediately.

Substitute cream with plant-based options for a dairy-free version.
