Description
A delicious shrimp pasta dish made with a creamy lemon-garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining.
Ingredients
8 oz linguine
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh parsley
Instructions
Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté shrimp in olive oil and butter until pink, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic, then add cream and thicken slightly.
Return shrimp to skillet, add lemon juice and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper.
Combine with pasta, stir well, and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
