Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

2 tbsp tamari or low-sodium soy sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp smoked paprika


Instructions

Drain tofu, press it for 20 minutes or use a tofu press.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut tofu into cubes or planks.

Toss with oil, tamari, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
