Ingredients
14 oz extra-firm tofu (pressed)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Press tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water.
Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
In a mixing bowl, toss tofu with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cornstarch.
Spread cubes evenly on the tray in a single layer.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip, and bake another 15 minutes.
Optional: Broil for an additional 2 minutes for extra crisp.
