Ingredients
1 block firm tofu (pressed)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
4 corn tortillas
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage slaw
2 tbsp vegan crema
1/4 cup salsa
Fresh lime for garnish
Instructions
Press tofu using a tofu press for at least 10 minutes.
Cut tofu into cubes and toss with olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, cumin, garlic powder.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté tofu until crispy and golden—about 15 minutes total.
While tofu cooks, prep toppings: slice avocado, warm tortillas, and shred slaw.
Assemble tacos by layering tofu, toppings, and finish with lime juice.
Serve warm and enjoy.
