This Turkey Salad recipe transforms leftover turkey into a hearty, fresh dish. It’s perfect for a quick meal or pre-prepared for gatherings.
Ingredients
3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cubed turkey, diced celery, halved grapes, pecans, and cranberries. Mix gently.
In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the turkey mixture. Gently toss until well coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.
