Ingredients
3 cups cooked turkey, shredded
6 cups chicken broth
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 large onion, diced

Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare vegetables by slicing and dicing.
In a large pot, heat olive oil. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
