Description
A quick, flavorful dinner made with bite-sized chicken and broccoli, tossed in a sweet garlic glaze and air-fried to perfection.
Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cornstarch
2 cups broccoli florets
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Dice the chicken into bite-size chunks and pat dry.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, cornstarch, and olive oil in a bowl, then coat the chicken.
Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper separately.
Preheat air fryer to 390°F for two minutes.
Cook chicken in a single layer for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove chicken, air fry broccoli at 375°F for 6–7 minutes.
Plate both together and drizzle with any extra sauce.
Notes
Use tamari for a gluten-free version.
Swap broccoli with cauliflower or bell pepper for variation.
